  • I am a FHIMA member, what is the discount code for the course?

    Email us at [email protected]. We will verify your membership and send you the member discount code if applicable.

  • How long will I have access to the course?

    All courses are set up to expire 12 weeks* after the registration date. Registrants will have access to the full course on the day they register and will no longer have access to the course once their expiration date (12 weeks) has passed, UNLESS they are granted an extension (question 3 below). *Course access will end at 8:00 pm EST the date prior to the expiration day listed within your course.

  • Can I have an extension?

    We will grant one 4 week extension per participant, per course. If the participant has already been granted one 4 week extension and they still need more time, they will need to re-register for the course.

  • How will I receive my CE certificate?

    CE certificates are automatically generated and sent upon completion of the course to the email address provided to Thinkific.
